Primo® Water Countertop Dispenser Top Loading, Cool Temperature, Black

Doesn't plug up to dispense cold water, so not what I was expecting.

Water runs very slow and mine was leaking, besides that it was impossible to find the water bottle in the Walmart I visit(since then, they are now available). Decided to go for a 30 cups walmart great Value filtered water dispenser and OMG! Worth every penny. In the long run, you can get a lot more savings than from the Primo countertop.

This was a great option for our home. We like water at room temperature and those who want it cold simply fill a bottle and put it in the fridge for the next day. We even took the base with us camping and bought a bottle when we got there. So simple, so easy and I am assured of the quality of water we are drinking where ever we go. Plus we are helping the plant by not polluting it with more plastic bottles daily!

Cheaply made, little water dispensed. this is the absolute worst dispenser I have ever used. Do not waste your money. Very little water comes out and at a very slow rate. Having the water dispenser inserted back into the body limits the size of cup or glass you can use, unless you pull it to the edge. Save yourself money and disappointment, buy a real dispenser not this one. Poor engineering, cheaply made and premium pricing. Horrible. Primo products are definitely inferior to others and are quite expensive for what you get and don't get....

Before we bought this we were hesitant because of the reviews but we tried it anyway because we know we could return it if it was actually not worth it. However, for the price it definitely is. There was one review here that says it works best if you take off the whole cap instead of piercing a hole on the foam cap. I put a four star because you do have to do that if you want constant flow of water without it stopping and being so slow of water flow. The only issue with that is possible spillage of water if you take of the full cap, but there are ways to grt around that if you search online.
