These are delicious and refreshing! The flavor was great and the texture was fine with or without water to wash it down. I also appreciated these while warm after running for an hour or two. Will definitely recommend anyone to try for during-sport eating.

These are the perfect snack for a busy, non-stop how did I not eat kind of day. Not only are they delicious but they give you a second wind like no other. Cannot recommend these enough!

I love these for a burst of energy on my mountain biking outings. But I have ordered from the company directly and they arenx27;t fresh. The first ones I ever had were the perfect consistency (from a bike shop), so far all the others I have gotten have been hard amp; stale. I still use them, but I wish they were consistent in freshness.

I really like having these energy gels on my bike rides. When the weather is hot your need carbs to fuel up your body and these work for me. They taste great and pack well.

While I enjoy the Bolts on occasion as a 63 year old weekend warrior, the true test of their value is from my son, whox27;s just finishing 6 months of USMC The Basic School School in Quantico, Virginia.
