Pure Bliss by Similac Infant Formula, Starts with Fresh Milk from Grass-Fed Cows, 12.4 ounces (Pack of 4)

Our baby is six weeks old. Sadly, breastfeeding is not an option. We were really excited to try this formula after reading a description. Fresh milk from natural grass fed Irish cows was the advertising angle that did it for us. Unfortunately, it did not work out well for our baby. After two days, she started having terrible gas. But that wasn't the worst or it. Her first bowel movement was loose and green, and the foul smell was unlike anything I've ever come across. Not sure what the issue is. It was a little scary, actually. We are thinking about trying Honest or maybe Pro Advance next. Disappointed in the Pure Bliss.

I was hoping to exclusively breastfeed my little man but with an unplanned C Section, my milk took forever to come in and had to supplement from the beginning. He took regular Similac just fine but I was hoping to be able to use something that was a little more "natural" and closer to mommy's milk. We initially tried Earth's Best but it gave little man terrible gas and tummy trouble. I went online and scoured for reviews on what formula to try, and I was surprised how many good reviews Pure Bliss had across many websites. I figured, he took to regular Similac well, he would take this one just fine, so we gave it a try. This has been a wonderful addition to baby boy's diet. It doesn't foam when you make it, has virtually no smell. The color is also white and bright, no yellow stains on his clothes! Little man absolutely loves it. I plan on making it to 6 months with Breastmilk/Formula combo, then making the switch to formula. I feel totally comfortable doing so because of this formula and how wonderful it is. Please Similac never stop making this formula!!

With other formulas she would get occasional constipation and upset tummy. She loved pure bliss She would finish her bottle and happily go to sleep. No upset tummies or constipation. Thank you for a wonderful product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This formula didn't give my baby gas or increase her dirty diapers like some other formulas have. I think it means that it is absorbed well by her body, closer to how babies bodies process breast milk vs formula. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love love love pure bliss. I have tried ENSPIRE too but it made my little one throw up a lot. I just saw this in the store and thought to make a switch. I am so glad I did. It has NO aftertaste at all which makes my little one throw up less and she thrives to have more. It is such a great product but the only draw back is that it's super expensive but I don't mind paying that if my baby likes it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
