This is a fairly compact, easy to use humidifier with a good range of adjustment for moisture level. I was gifted this humidifier two years ago and happily used it for about 4 months each year during the winters. This year when I went to turn it on, everything worked fine expect the motor made a horrible loud noise instead of the normal quite hum. The warranty department was quick to respond to my questions and follow up. I was surprised when I received an entirely new humidifier (which has been working well for the past few weeks). It's a disappointment that it is cheaper to simply send a new product versus replacing one part in the old one. I hope this one lasts longer than the first one.

I bought the above item over a year with no problems, working great. But now the product is making loud noise when turning on, spoke to one their representative nice lady very friendly, told me I should be getting a replacement. Job well done for customer service and outstanding return policy.

I purchased two of these humidifiers and they are the best devices I have found to put into my kids rooms. They both work as advertised and let off a good amount of steam into our children's room. I recommend anyone purchase these if they are in the market for a humidifier.

I have been using the product for several days and am very satisfied with it. It's easy to clean and doesn't get mold easily as long as you use the filter and change the water every day. If you don't run the machine on a daily basis, it's better to empty the tank to avoid mold. The matching filter is very effective in eliminating white dust - I haven't noticed any in the past few days. The machine is also on the quieter side and it's good for use at night. Finally, one tank of water lasts for at least 12 hours on low. Make sure to use filtered water and a filter to avoid the trouble of dealing with mold!
