I have had this product one other time. I like the size and, when new,the mist is excellent. The mist gradually decreased over time. I attempted to clean the mist outlet but I cannot find a brush that is small enough and long enough to adequately clean the small tube that allows the mist to travel upwards to the mist outlet. Per the cleaning instructions you are to remove the "mist nozzle", for which there is no designation on the diagram. Secondly when I tried to clean the Ultrasonic disk, several black spots appeared on the disc. Even for the reduced price, the instructions should be more clear and each part of the device clearly indicated and labeled on the diagram. I need to use a humidifier nightly and in spite of my careful attention to the instructions for use, it was finally no longer delivering the mist that I needed. Due to the inability to adequately clean what I believe to be the mist nozzle, there began to be a buildup of what appeared to be a pink mold. For the price, I chose to try this unit one more time. I will pay more attention to the timeline of the developing problems in order to provide better information to others who have bought this product and the people who provide the information in the user manual. At this point, I hesitate to give a wholehearted recommendation of the product.

I've received the product yesterday but just took it out to use it. After filling the tank, I put the base back on and instantly, water came pouring out. I've checked the cap multiple times and it was on tightly so I do not understand what happened. I'm going to see if I can find a setup video for this product.

Have been researching and reading over reviews of Humidifiers and the MistAire was not only recommended but high ratings. I needed two (well actually need one more lol) so during the black Friday deal I ended up purchasing two which I AM SOO HAPPY I DID. I have one in each livingroom in my home and the difference not only in my skin and the dryness but also the sinus dryness due to the heat during the weather months is killer. I keep them running all the time without worry of the water running out and ruining my humidifier. These awesome Humidifiers have a shut off when the water runs out which is awesome. I could not be more happy with my purchase and recommend this little amazing humidifier which also does not take up much room .. Just an amazing improvement to what I have been needing for my home!
