Rocco & Roxie Supply Co. Pet Stain Odor Remover Cleaner Spray, 32 Fluid Ounce

So when I bought this product my dog had an accident overnight and the pee had soaked into the floor. My whole house smelled like stale dog pee and I was desperate to get it to go away. I used this and sure enough after a few hours the smell improved. Now I have the bottle and I have used it a few times and as a cleaner, it smells kinda bad. I have a toddler and we are potty training. I use it to clean up their accidents and it really makes the house smell weird. It smells better than pee, but it does not smell clean. I have to go with another cleaner the next day to try and get the smell of this product out. For how expensive this cleaner is, I thought I would be happier.

This product claims to get rid of pet stains. Not the case. I only have carpet in one room in my house: my living room. I also have a 19 year old pup who frequently has accidents. I have tried pretty much every product on the market that makes this claim and have been let down every time. This product is no exception. I spray the three spots I have been trying to get up (it seems to be her favorite spots). Sometimes, I don;t get to the spots til I get home from work. I tried keeping her in a doggie playpen. But, her sibling pups figured out how to let her out. So, we reverted back to the washable puppy pads. But, in true Fae fashion, she misses the pad most of the time because she is mostly blind now. Anyway, I got this and used it the first night. I sprayed and let it sit and blotted it up. I waited til the next morning. I walked back into my living room and all the spots had reappeared. I sprayed them AGAIN, this time heavier and scrubbed the spots, let them sit for about 30 minutes and used my shampooer to clean the spots. The carpet looked great......til it dried. The spots came right back. I then sprayed the spots AGAIN and got down on my hands and knees with a heavy duty scrub brush and scrubbed and resprayed and scrubbed some more. I let it sit for over an hour this time and cleaned the spots. Carpet dried...spots are still there. My house never smelled like dog pee because I always immediately clean the spots as soon as I see them. But, the stains are driving me crazy. I know my dog can't help it because she is VERY old. But, these product should not make false claims just to sell their product. They have a word for that. It is called false advertising. Save your $20 and just put old fashioned elbow grease into it. You will get the same results.

Something got into my car and left excrement and a powerfully strong musk odor. After a thorough cleaning and spraying everything I could think of, the musk scent remained. I ordered this product and followed directions. I had enough product to treat my seat 3 times. It couldn't remove all the odor, but it was a great deal better. It doesn't say on the bottle that it can remove musk odor, so it isn't a failure on the spray's part. I am happy with what it did do.

Rocco Roxy stain odor eliminator spray works excellent takes out. Urine smells even on my mattress that was covered in urine halfway down. I poured a whole gallon on it. Because it was so deep, it took the smell out left very little smell of its own. Sprayed it with Febreze and it was gone. Recommend highly.

Best odor product for pet odor I've used! My older boy cats will spray when a new rescue is introduced! I use this in my laundry and have been successful in removing that odor! It's a little strong for my pets so I've been diluting it half water, half solution! It still does the same great job!
