A good yoga program that is simple and to the point. There are 5 individual programs about 20mins each and can be done individually or combined to create several yoga workouts.
I love all of Rodney Yee's dvds. Have are all helpful and well presented, just as advertised!
I think this is an excellent DVD. I have another DVD by Rodney that is for a beginner and I think this is slightly more advanced. I truly enjoy doing the DVD and do not consider it an exercise. I would highly recommend this DVD. I suppose I am going to be told that if I do not consider this exercise I am doing the positions incorrectly but I do not think that is the case. I LOVE yoga!!
I wouldnt even call this a yoga DVD, more like senior stretch. The poses were below a beginner level. Not a yoga workout at all.
