Roses Matelasse Bedspread, Rose

1st, I appreciated other reviews that let me know this was not true pink but more peachy. That was the color I needed. I thought the fabric looked cheap when I opened the package but on the bed it was lovely. My biggest frustration was the wrinkles that would not relax out. I had to iron this to smooth it and that was a job! But this spread really does cover the bed, to the floor, with plenty left over to make the fold over the pillows. All in all, very pleased and the price was fantastic!

I was pretty excited about this product, I wanted an oversized bedspread for my air mattress to give it that bohemian look, and in the picture it has a high sheen look to it. But when it arrived, I was fairly dissapointed. It doesn't have any real sheen to it, it looks very cottony, like some wash cloth in your kitchen. The color is a very pale pink to the point where in certain dim lights and with the right complimentary colors, it can pass for white. It's not that horrible though for the $$$. If you just want an oversize bedspread, this works I suppose. The good thing about the color is it will probably blend with any other items in your bed because the color is so rather not there.

I found this to be worth the price. All I could find in other places for this price, were second hand washed out, bedspreads. I was afraid it would be just a thin silky piece of faric. It is heavier than that, altho it is llight weight. I put it in the dryer to get the fold wrinkles out, but no "soap". I will have to drag the ironing board out. No problem.

We were looking for an inexpensive, machine-washable bedspread for a new king bed, and this one is perfect. It looks very nice--like something that cost a lot more. It drapes over the sides and end of the bed almost down to the floor, so it covers our ugly boxspring. Have washed it once--it fit in the washing machine and came out looking like new. A real bargain.

I ordered the pink bedspread hoping to finally get a spread to cover my tall queen size bed. After reading the other reviews I decided to give it a try. The bedspread is almost large enough to give me the look I was wanting. The cost of the spread is reasonable and the shipping being free because I used site to store made it an even better bargain. The color to me is more peach than rose but I like it. The room I wanted it for has white wicker table and chair. Looks nice together. The light weight is also a plus for summer and fall.
