Was happy to have the option to protect my package on the off chance something happened to it. Thankfully it arrived intact but I'd rather be safe than sorry!
I was always skeptical about products like this working but I decided to give it a try and I was surprised by how good it worked. It got rid of my smell by 90%!
I placed an order May 28th but it never arrived until June 16th, and I'm from the states. They didn't send out the order until later. For what you pay for shipping, it should be there faster.
I never received my products and I have yet to receive a refund. I ordered on April 30th and it's now June 10th - Customer service has been nice but we still haven't reached a solution and I'd really just like my money back.
I have been using your product for several months now, I saw result right away. I have reordered twice. I am a FAN!!! I smell extra fresh all the time. Thanks
