When we drink water, smells plastic all the time. So bad.

It's fake, It's not working at all . There is no cold water

Missing any kind of manual, and the spout is slow, but otherwise it works as advertised.

Had one before and bought this one for the cottage.

Hooked the unit up according to instructions, ran some water through according to instructions, put on the big jug of water, and put some in a glass... and nearly gagged from the smell. Dumped the glass of water, let more water drain through system, took a small amount of water, same smell. Took a cautious sip - tasted just like it smelled: melted plastic. Spent the next day having muscle spasms in all muscle groups except heart (as far as I can tell). Absolutely disgusted with this product. Buying one for my mother-in-law tomorrow.
