I bought this product from GameJiffy at walmart web site. The product seemed new and unopened. I opened package. everything seemed new. But according to both game wiki and Nintendo web site there was also post to be a "A special event download code" this was not present. Sadly they must of opened it up taken it out and resealed it for sale. They probably sold it on ebay or something for the code, The only other issue I they had if selling price 55 dolor's when i bought it. Very next day they dropped it to 45 dolor's. I mailed them see if i can get refund of 10 dolor's. Never heard back.
