This is a great set for childproofing your home from exploring littles. The door knob covers were not compatible with my doors, and seemed to be too small (unless it was user error). The cabinet locks do not have adhesive and need to be screwed into the cabinets. I prefer adhesive, but they are more sturdy when screwed in.

This set is great. I never baby proofed my joke for my kids but with my grandkids I have found myself doing it. They're toddlers and they like to explore. Sometimes in places they shouldn't lol. This set plugs the outlets, makes it where they can't open cabinets and. The door handle covers make it where my 15 min old grandson can't open the doors so that's a plus. Definitely recommend.

This baby proofing set from Safety 1st really blended in to our home. We have an agreeable grey paint on our walls and white trim and doors. I had a hard time prying the knob covers apart. I must not have the hand strength because I used a butter knife to pop one contact point out then twisted to release the others. The clear outlet protectors are nice because I can still remind the kids that we don't touch those and have them look similar to what they see at a business or house that doesn't baby proof. Finally, I do like that this set came with plenty of cabinet locks but it was definitely too many for our needs. I lock up cleaners and bathroom products but leave all non breakable containers, pots and pans, cutting boards, etc. open to them to play and create.

I have an adventurous child who likes to be independent. He's so quick and smart so the Safety 1st Decor Safety Essentials Set is a must in my home. I have the security in knowing the doors a childproof and ALL my outlets. The grey color goes nicely in my home because I have alot of white and grey. The door latches are fantastic for my kitchen too! I had enough to spare for my bathroom.

We now have our third child who is just about to start crawling. We have used this set to replace the plug covers, door covers and cabinet locks that have broken or disappeared over the last 3 years. These are essential to keeping babies and toddlers from getting into things they shouldn't or escaping. I've noticed the plug covers are crystal clear. I can't decide if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Aesthetically they look great but they are so clear I don't see them and keep trying to put one in the outlet, only to get there and see something is already there.
