Samsung - 1.2 cu. ft. Countertop Convection Microwave with PowerGrill - Black

Hello dear Samsung. Please make this a better product by improving the user experience and user interface. The design does not allow for simple and intuitive controls but requires using your manual to look up how to do very simple tasks. It's time-consuming and inconvenient. I much prefer my cheapo microwave over this one. Your product engineers and product developers are much better than this and have proven themselves over and over again. I'm surprised they forgot the simple stuff on this one. Rule of thumb: always make it both a child and a rocket scientist will enjoy using the product. This is cumbersome and not a fun experience. Thank you guys.

After almost 30 years our old microwave/convection stopped working ... period! So we bought this one after looking online. One feature it does not appear to have that I would like is a timer. Other than that, we find no fault. It is quick, it has a turntable, which our old one did not have, and it is quieter. We have not used it as a convection, yet, but plan to in the near future.

Screens go out and parts don't work even if you never used it. Would not recommend this to anyone bad product.

Great little microwave; efficient, good design, great size, does everything!

Great oven, testing and playing with various features. So far vary happy. I wish there was a more extensive cook book to show off all that it can do.
