We got this tv about 3 months ago, and we've had nothing but PROBLEMS out of it. Our remote stopped working about 3 weeks after the purchase, it just went haywire one day and the down button started powering the Tv off, along with other buttons just seemingly getting mixed up. The remote is always kept on our shelf, it's never gotten wet or damaged. Now we're continuously having issues with getting a “this app/title can not be reached right now try again later” message. This happens every single day with the first thing I try to turn on, I have to X out of it multiple times and re click on it multiple times before it will work. I've never paid this much for a “Brand new “ tv for it to have so many issues this quick. Would never purchase again.

I was hesitant to buy Samsung as I have a Frame TV that started experiencing screen issues 13 months after purchase (and 1 month after the warranty expires). It's a known issue that Samsung has neglected to address. That said, I saw this deal and the reviews and gave it a shot. The good news is that this TV didn't work immediately, saving me the time and hassle of having to file a warranty claim. There was a giant black square on the top right hand corner of the screen when turning on. I rebooted the system and then was unable to power it back on. Immediately started the return process and will never buy a Samsung TV again. At least Walmart is good about their policy, this review is not targeted towards Walmart. It's solely about the product.

When our 5-year-old Visio TV started glitching, we upgraded to this Samsung. The picture quality is great, and my husband said it's like looking through a window because it's so sharp! My only complaint is that the sound is not as natural as our older (same size) TV. The Samsung just sounds like it is coming from the back of the TV through a speaker, instead of sounding like it's in the room with us like the Visio TV. That is the only thing not quite as great about it though.

The TV delivered had no legs or stand. The picture showed legs! No one buys a new TV WITHOUT LEGS OR MOUNT. I WENT TO THE LOCAL STORE THEY SAID TO RETURN THE TV. I AM RETURNING BOTH TV AND SERVISES. VERY POOR BUSINESS!

The item is fantastic for people who understand tech and tv. The TV is amazing HOWEVER. I bought this TV for Mom mom who has memory issues and struggles. And this TV is too confusing for her. So should have stuck to a Fire tv. The price was just too good to beat. The overall tv. Zero complaints. But being user friendly for older adults, or those who struggle with tech and setting up apps or even navigating from one app to another. This is not the TV for them.
