[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pictures are sharp. However, the sound is a little soft (although it can be adjusted using the remote control). I like the remote control as you only need to solar charged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a great picture but is very hard to navigate with the remote. Worse remote we have ever had. To use the TV you have to log into a Samsung account and then again into all streaming uses. Very annoying to set up. Would not buy another Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55” QLED Smart TV to replace a much older TV and it is so easy to use. It was set up by the store where I bought it and since then it has been great watching shows in amazing colour and clarity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for a very reasonable price two weeks ago, I quite like the TV but there is two detractors and the reason I've given it 4 stars. Positives: - easy to navigate main menu, Samsung tv plus has some good free to watch streaming options, easy to install and update apps, very happy with picture quality and sound quality, I'm able to enjoy everything from a good movie through to watching sports with ease. Negatives: 1) the remote: the remote is the sustainable self charging model, with a built in solar panel. I don't tend to watch a lot of tv during the day when I'm at work and I am dubious of being able to keep it charged. I don't think I want to buy a special light to just charge the remote. The remote itself, is quite cramped together, controls are a little hard to use at times (40 year old male with larger hands). I will look to get an upgraded remote for it. 2) “recommended” Samsung tv plus options- on the main Home Screen, it shows last app used, last channel of free to air, but also recommended stations to watch. One of which is an Australian based news outlet known for its outright bias. I detest that channel for its pie in the SKY bias. I started with blocking the channel with the locker, but it continued to recommend it. I've had to switch off all recommendations which is a shame as some of the Samsung tv plus options quite interest me , like Tuna Wars and some older tv shows (not dog the bounty hunter….) If those 2 issues could be addressed, it would be an easy 5 stars.
