Samsung - Galaxy S24 Ultra Standing Grip Case - Dark Violet

Purchased less than a month ago and they won't exchange or refund it, and it's broken already. I like it when it's not broken.

I loved this case when I first got it. However, after a few months of use the strap broke rendering it useless. Now the strap just gets in the way when I am trying to take photos.

I've had this case for about 6 months. I do like the concept of the phone case but the strap does get stretched out quickly and will not lay flat into it's groove (which I did expect). The biggest disappointment is that all four corners of the case are cracking and falling apart. Especially the corner where the s-pen is located. I understand that normal use will cause some minor cosmetic damage, but I never had a case deteriorate like this. I am not hard on my phone either. I dropped it a couple times with no damage to the phone, so the case does protect! However, for this price I really expected it to hold up longer. If you are looking for a case that will last, I do not recommend this one. If Samsung offered a one time replacement, I would reconsider this product, otherwise it's not worth the investment.

This phone case will not last more than a few months. The strap breaks because it is built cheaply and is of poor quality.

I got this a little over a week ago and I do not like they way it feels in my hands. After holding my phone it feels like my hands are covered in a fine dust. The case also sticks to my pocket constantly pulling my pocket out with it and anything else in my pocket. It attracks dust like crazy. The "loop" barely holds the phone up and either doesn't stay in place or gets very stuck and is very hard to flatten again. Overall I would not recommend this or any case with this material.
