Sauder Computer Armoire, Harbor View Collection

We purchased this because it is a match to the entertainment center that we gave our daughter last year for christmas. This unit is real easy to set up and fun (we had 3 generations doing it!!). I would recommend this product to everyone. The only problem that I had with it was the price (I paid more for the desk than the entertainment center).

The armoire definitely met my expectations. I knew it wasn't high quality wood (it's laminate) when I bought it but it does look nice and the color matches my decor. It took my husband a couple of hours to put together. He did need to get some different screws as others have mentioned. My only complaint was the delivery man was very unprofessional. The product itself is good.

I had ordered a white cabinet, and so the box was labeled, but received a bleached maple color instead. Clear & consise directions, no pieces were missing or broken; shipping was very well done. Purchased for the dimentions and versatility of the unit which will be the main office\entertainment focal point in the living room. Went together very well; used premier quality wood glue in all the joints before securing and adhered a 1/4" lauan plywood panel to the pressed paper backboard supplied to provide additional support & firm rigidity. To complete the installation, I will fill all the spatial gaps with a color matched caulk, add lighting & additional fastening capability to the back of the usnit to tie-off wiring, and firmly secure it to the wall so as to eliminate tip risk. I shopped around an awful lot looking for the right choice and am satisfied with the decision. Take your time putting it together right - take some 'extra' steps, and you'll have a great piece of lasting furniture...

Yes, I read the "It's Not White" reviews. But it's not that big of a deal. It's a beautiful computer armoire and the creamy white color still off sets and therefore, blends well with white trim. It looks especially good against walls painted any shade of tan. The armoire holds all of my computer items, with plenty of room left for paper, etc. I loved this item so much that I've purchased several of the matching pieces. And the fact that it closes off the computer area with the armoire doors, just makes it all the better for hiding your "work center" when guests come over! I love this product.

I was looking for something small in length and width but needed to look good and hold a lot of comp stuff for school.This was perfect and a good price and not too hard to put together in a couple of hours.It looked very white in the pic but was more off white.
