This product is flemzy and will not work as a bookcase without addding some braces for support.

I love Sauder products, this item was super easy to put together, is very sturdy and is an addition to my computer as it hold the printer on top and books on the shelves

We bought two of these for our baby son's room. Originally we had purchased ones at another retailer for twice the price but the product was broken and not as close to the cherry of his other furniture. For inexpensive pieces, these are good. They will last for a few years and look decent in the room. They went together easily and we are actually buying a larger one for additional storage in our office.

I really thought the price was right on this product and it was delivered in good condition. However, the connector pieces were broken and I had to call the manufacturer to get replacement pieces.
