This bike was recommended by physical therapist to build strength and endurance. Get range of motion in hips and legs. Very comfortable and sturdy. Love it so far.#Sweepstakes

I purchased this bike to add in cardio to my weight training plan. So far it's worked out great in the couple of months I've had it. The resistance has worked as expected and it adjusts very well. I wish the seat back was angled back more. Other than that, it's been getting some use 3-5 times a week since purchase. The only other downside is the app you have to use (ExploretheWorld) to track your usage as the bike doesn't directly connect to MyFitnessPal app to track the workout. You can link the two, or link the Explore one to your Health app, then let MyFitnessPal track your health app. I could also manually enter it in based off the bikes reading, but why do that if something else can track it. App is glitchy and doesn't connect to the bike well or control the bike at all. So you must start the app and bike at the same time to somewhat sync it.

I bought this bike to help with my mobility issues and to improve my overall health. The only improvement I wish it had was a vertical seat adjustment which would have helped me avoid a lot of pain when I first get on the machine. I have end stage osteoarthritis and have lost a lot of range of motion in my knees. I have raised the seat by adding a lot of additional padding. It helps but could be a lot better if the seat were adjustable. I force myself to start peddling and it gets less painful as the minutes go by. I hope to improve my ROM over time. The bike is quiet and smooth otherwise. I'm a 74 year old woman and was able to assemble the bike by myself easily. It's a great product. #sweepstakes

Communications very responsive during purchasing process. Not so after the product received.i wrote about foot strap problem asking if there were any alternatives to the small foot straps, to this date I never received a call back to answer my question. This is reason for 4 star rating instead of 5star.

We have it set up in the basement. There are no windows, but plenty of ceiling lights. We can't read the display because it doesn't light up. We have to keep a flashlight on the bike so we can read the display. Annoying.
