These wireless earbuds are the best-sounding ones I've ever used, solving most of the issues I had with my MTW1. The sound quality far surpasses that of my wife's top competitor earbuds. However, after slightly more than a year of use, the right earbud stopped working. Despite trying all troubleshooting methods found online, none were successful. Now, even after charging, the left earbud doesn't light up or function either, and I can't connect them since the touch controls on one side aren't responsive. It's truly disappointing to have such a sad experience with a product that offered excellent sound quality.
Quite possibly the most unreliable earbuds I've purchased. I've had multiple warranty replacements to only have them continue to faile. The RH bud loses all sound due to bluetooth or internal failure. Now Sonovo won't look at a repair as they claim “they are out of warranty”. It hadn't been 12-months with set three! When they did work, loved them.
Aside from the improved sound quality, the shell and the case design is much better than TW2. The `tips` will not come off this time. There is still connectivity issue when answering calls from time to time, but that's more a software issue and i am not sure whom to blame.
The sound is unbeatable and the noice cancelling is also incredible, I take the tube every day in London, put these in and I no longer get a headache from all the noise and screeching. I found that the plastic rings meant to help the fit just made my ears hurt, even the medium ones even though I have large ears. This is a very personal problem though, and I just use the smaller one, this means they are "less" secure, but I never worry about them falling out. I have tried to get them to fall out and haven't succeeded. They also look a bit bulky in my ears, but with drivers that sound this good that's to be expected. Smaller profile and it would be 5 stars.
Good sound quality only issue is for gaming it seems to lag just a, little so this is better for workout/music. Sometimes it will disconnect if your too far from your phone
