If you own this for a year or more you should expect problems. The problem I encountered was the touch keys not making connections. After removing the back I cleaned the areas using alcohol and a swab. This helps for a relatively short time. (a few months) I have performed this twice. I plan to get a different brand unit or a different type of device like another reviewer mentioned. I have no connections with this company or any other company producing these items. The dictionary is okay but I use this every day and have found some words missing. If it had been a better quality item my rating would have been higher.

Although I expected something sleeker cosmetically, the device has proven to be helpful and I am able to pull it out anywhere

This dictionary is spectacular, it will help any student in college or below. It is easy to use, its features are wonderful and anyone who purchases it will not be sorry.
