The intensity of the vibrations is quite strong, which can be overwhelming rather than relaxing. I was hoping for a gentle massage effect, but the vibration felt more intrusive than soothing. Another inconvenience is that the wrap must remain plugged in while in use. This significantly limits mobility, as I found it challenging to relax in different areas of my home or even move around comfortably. It would be much more convenient if it had a rechargeable option. Overall, while the charcoal neck wrap has its merits, particularly in terms of warmth and material, the strong vibrations and the need to stay plugged in detract from the overall experience. I would recommend it for those who enjoy a more intense vibration and can work around the plug-in requirement, but it may not be the best choice for all.

Plastic bag item was in was torn open. Looked like someone returned this and then the seller tried to pawn off on someone else. Box looked like it had opened several times and re-taped.
