Route Package Protection

Was happy to have the option to protect my package on the off chance something happened to it. Thankfully it arrived intact but I'd rather be safe than sorry!

I was always skeptical about products like this working but I decided to give it a try and I was surprised by how good it worked. It got rid of my smell by 90%!

As for the route protection. I appreciate it is offered. Too many of our shipments have come melted and/or open. I have never personally used route protection because customer service is excellent. They cannot help the shipping process being poor but stand by their product. Thank you

I never received my products and I have yet to receive a refund. I ordered on April 30th and it's now June 10th - Customer service has been nice but we still haven't reached a solution and I'd really just like my money back.

My package came without any damages to the inside or outside it was in pristine condition, the dye I ordered in the color sorceress was super pigmented and easy to apply I absolutely loved the color, it left my hair feeling soft and moisturized.
