Shipping Protection by Route

Very pleased with the quality and aesthetics of the pan. It is an unexpected uplifting experience to cook with the cookware.

Unfortunately, all the bars were a mess. This stuff can't sit in 100 degree temps. The ice blocks inside were actually warm!

Package protection is very good, but the cold packs are always melted. Not a problem because the bars are still good. Once in a while the melt affects the boxes. This is not drastic, because, again, the bars are ok.

Absolutely love it! Great cooking and great when cleaning. The color is perfect. The utensils are amazing and I will only ever use wood utensils on them.

I decided to cancel my order because I was told that the shipping protection was mandatory. I only ordered some plastic cutting boards. They were not very expensive and plastic, so I did not feel the charge was warranted.
