Siggi's Icelandic Skyr Nonfat Yogurt, Mixed Berries & Acai, 5.3 oz

I had this in the house and I'm glad I did. I had an upset stomach, I ate 2 Siggis with mixed fruit and It settled my stomach within minutes! :)

I never cared for yogurt before, but after trying this brand and flavor, I'm now hooked on it. I want to try some of the other flavors now and am sorry I missed out on eating Skyr when I was in Iceland awhile back. Glad there's a company that brings the Iceland to America!

The yogurt is healthy, low in sugar, and with high protein. I started eating Siggi's Yogurts a couple of years ago and now i can't have any regular yogurts because I find them extremely sweet. You never realize how much sugar something has until you start eating a much healthier version of everyday products. If you are looking for a healthier option to your everyday yogurt, I totally recommend siggis!

The yogurt had a good flavor. It did have more liquid than what I typically. This made the yogurt thinner than other brands I've tried. The sugar count isn't too bad which is a deterring factor when I purchase yogurt. I've seen way worse. Not a bad option in my opinion.

Years ago when I decided to go in a hunt for a nutritious yogurt that wasn't packed full of sugar after much tailor and searching I found Siggis. There are more options now then even 6-7 years ago but Siggis is still one of the best and I come back time and time ago for the purity and wonderful quality. I know my body is getting something good when I eat their yogurt. If you love a nice tart flavor and have a taste for quality and nutrition go for Siggis! They also have a really unique flavor range that you don't see in other brands along with your classic ones.
