We got this to replace our old Simple human can. Very happy with the improvements. The bag storage and eliminating the need to remove the plastic insert actually made us like this new one even more than our first one. The can being all metal looks great and is more sanitary. Very pleased.

This was a 'warranty' replacement from years ago. And you guys replaced our unit without questions. I took the requested pictures and included the original serial number and Voila! You folks shipped a brand-new can. Gosh, it's so, so, nice to have a lid that opens when the foot pedal is pressed. My wife took grief for years after paying so much for our original Simple Human can but . . . my apologies to her and my compliments to you. You've exceeded her expectations and mine. Nice Job! J. This is a perfect trash can. I ordered the white one because everything is white in my home so it marches perfectly. The bag opens widely so it's easier to dispose the trash inside. The step is all across and makes it super easy to use. Definitely recommend and also purchased the shredder attachment best combo ever

I love the soft-close lid and the lack of inner liner, which makes it really easy to clean. However, it did come with a small dent on the side, which seems to be a common problem based on the reviews. I personally don't care that much because they also throw in a free pack of trash bags and an odorsorb pod, but they really need to work on the padding for the sides. I appreciate that they're trying to be more eco-friendly, but structured cardboard is not enough to protect these trash cans.
