Smoker Assembly Services

This is a junk! They don't put the stuff together and will only send you a video on how to put it together! Complete waste of money and won't refund it either!

Was contacted by Angi and they told me (!) that they would be here last Tuesday from 6-8pm. I was not given an option to work a better schedule for assembly. Bad Customer Service on the part of Angi. Then I received a message from Angi that they had nobody to assemble and had to reschedule. Again, they dictated things as I was unable to locate ways to contact them. They then contacted me and told me (again!) that the assembler will be here on Saturday between 4-6pm for assembly. Again it's Angi dictating the schedule - really bad customer service!!! I cannot say enough good things about the assembler, Joe, who was right on time at 4pm. Did a great job. He finished in about an hour, walked us thru the grill and pointed out a dent in the grill that Walmart sent us. Joe is the only good thing about this experience.

I purchased the grill to include assembly, I never received a call to set up a time for assembly and I was not given a contact number to reach out to anyone for the assembly, end result I paid for assembly and assembled it myself so my husband could have it completed for his birthday, I'm out the cost for assembly so lesson learned I'll never pay for assembly

Unclear that this was an outside company. We thought the grill would be assembled at pick up. It was not. Canceled assembly. Now it's taking quite awhile to get refund.

So, the assembly was done very well, two great people came out to assemble it - no complaints at all about them! However, it would have been nice to KNOW in ADVANCE that someone would show-up at my address to assemble the product! I was never informed it worked this way, never asked about preferences on DATE AND TIME by Walmart or anyone for that matter! The assemblers just showed up out of the blue %26 luckily I was at home! So, thanks Walmart for not having this information ANYWHERE in the description when purchasing "assembly". I guess the consumer is just supposed to think "Hmmm, I bet someone will just "appear" %26 assemble my product I don't know when but they will come!"
