South Shore Mountain Lodge Queen Panel Headboard in Ebony

I bought the headboard for my son's room and it looks great! It came in a box ready to assemble. It was easy to put together and it looks great. Unfortunately the manufacturer's included a white piece of wood instead of a black so now we have one side of the bed that doesn't match the other. After you attach the bed to the headboard, the whole thing wobbles a bit when you sit on the bed. It's also not very sturdy for as heavy as the headboard is.

great value- well built and very attractive. not suitable for full size bed, only queen. unfortunately, i need this to work for a full size bed. i am going to keep it and try to make it work, since the value is so great. buy heavy and sturdy. looks and feels just like a headbord i bought for our other son, but that one was from a furniture store and cost $550!!!!!

If you are looking for something to just do the job this is it. It fits, fairly easy to put together. The color is good but looks more like a rubbed dark esspresso than ebony. Don't mistake it for looking high end it doesn't. But, like I said , does the job.

This headboard looks exactly like the picture and that is where the good ends. There were numerous nicks that had to be painted over. It was very wobbly and would not tighten. The edges were not finished so you can see the particle board. We were not pleased and would not recommend this product.

Instructions were not easy to follow, four inch gash in the front and several small scratches. No hardware to attach to the bed and too flimsy to want to. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!!
