Spenco Propel Performance Insoles Women's 9-10.5/Men's 8-9.5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Spenco Propel Insoles for a week now and must say, they have assisted with my daily walks. I am in a weight loss journey so walking a mile a day on the track is new to me. My feet usually hurt after my walk. Since wearing these insoles I have been able to get through my walks without stopping to rest my feet. They don't hurt after.

I was running and somehow injured my heal, and after the injury the shoes normal support wasn't supporting my foot enough. The Propel Insoles fit perfectly in my size 8 sneaker and provide my feet with support and a hug that gives my step an extra boost as well. I feel like I'm waking on air or a bouncy floor when I am wearing these. They are surprisingly thin and flexible.

They are much better than my regular insoles. I like the fact that they are made with an INergy Foam technology which helps make them lighter and more durable and provides an energy return that's better than a standard insole. The Spenco Propel Insoles made my daily walks easier and much more enjoyable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These inserts and thin so they don't take up all the time in your shoes like some of the other brands. They feel comfortable on my feet. I Was able to wear them in my shoes at work and felt relief after being on my feet all day.

No I will say you have to not judge a book by it's cover on this one. They don't look or feel like the best quality but after wearing them my feet didn't hurt so they definitely work.
