So I'm gonna try not to make this long and drawn out but the first time I purchased a steam cleaner was in September 20 20 which was a handheld steamer and from that time up until October 2023 I have purchased nine im total handheld steam, cleaners, and the end result for all of those was they eventually stopped working or did not work or it will leak water through the housing or steam through the housing and it was just not safe or maybe not even power on I just had purchased them for the purpose of cleaning my two half bathrooms and my small Nyc Apartment galley Style kitchen, and I never thought of it being such a big task for a handheld steamer, but nine times. I apparently tricked myself, and I was absolutely wrong. And then I said you know what I'm just gonna purchase this canister steamer even though it'll be tough to find a spot to put it when it's not being used because like I said, I live in a small New York City apartment so every space and inch matters. But the power and the heat that comes out of this canister Steamer is more powerful and heats up more than all of my nine steamers combined . And not because I was being cheap or I didn't wanna spend the money for the canister wasn't the issue because I always make sure I add a protection plan so if anything does happen to go wrong I'm always reimbursed that wasn't the issue but I just have to now find a spot for this canister to sit when It is not in use, but it was worth every penny and I regret that I took so long to actually upgrade for my handheld steamer. You love and you learn . And you will only know how something works unless you buy it and try it . And this I highly recommend I hate to clean the toilet even with gloves on and my toilet is very clean. I just hate it and this steamer. Oh it does wonders. And I wanted to purchase the Steamfast 375 only because it said you can do 90 minutes of steaming which I don't think anyone actually wants to do 90 straight minutes of steaming but the feature was available but it wasn't in stock so I was pleasantly surprised and I'm happy with my Steamfast 370 purchase totally

So far so good. I love the power, and that you dont have to refill as often as the shark hand held. I am a resident manager at a motel and i use this to deep clean rooms. On every surface. Tub, toilet, chome, floors, walls, doors, a/c, heaters, mirrors, windows screens and furniture, etc.... Kills germs and sanitizes everything without chemicals. Personal use in kitchen as well, melts away grease splatter i could go on n on.

I bought two other steamers before I finally bought this model - the other two models I returned almost immediately for various reasons - but this Steamfast model does a great job for the price range - hot steam, good pressure and all the accessories

Too much water. Steam not hot enough to do anything useful.
