This is my third StickyCup within the last 8 years. While I have been very impressed with them in the pass, I am concern because this recent came and was not sticky at all as my previous one was. It does attach to the window and appears to be working for now.
My original sticky cup for my 9500ix finally stopped sticking to my windshield back in 2/22 so I bought a new one which fell to pieces in mid August. I called your Customer Service department and a fine young man agreed to send me a replacement free of charge. Can't ask for better customer service than that!
I have used the stickycup for years on detectors. They always work well. My most recent purchase was to replace one that had lasted for several years in the hot Texas sun. This new one worked well until I transferred it to another vehicle and in the process dropped it on a concrete driveway and broke the inner post connecting it to the clamp. The stickycup has a great grip, but me, not so much. I will be ordering a replacement and pledge to take a tighter grip.
actually wouldn't fit into my 360. Had to dismount the suction part from the swivel arm (pulled the screw out and replaced it with the old and the suction works fine now. I need to order another but I fear it won't fit again and I'll have to bastardize this one as well.
I've only been using it for a couple of weeks but so far it sticks very well and holds the detector very securely without any wiggling or bounding of the detector. It seems to be well made. It will be interesting to see how well it fares after a couple of summers in the southwest sun and 100 plus degree temperatures.
