For $149, this was a great deal. Top and drawer fronts are solid wood (a softer wood, but still wood), the rest is laminated press-board. Assembly was typical. You have to be careful with pre-fab furniture, but everything lined up, all the pieces were there, directions were clear and it was sturdy when I was done. My wife watched me and commented "How do they expect women to do that?" In all honesty, if you're unfamiliar with building pre-fab furniture, you'll do well to have someone help you hold pieces as you go. But, I've probably done this 15 times, so I had no problems. It took ~ 1 hour from cutting the box tape to completion. Note: I always add a small bead of white glue where ever the boards meet. and on all the pegs. It helps with stability and cuts down on things shifting or rattling (like the drawer bottoms.) It's a little on the dark side of cherry, but the finish is smooth and attractive. It holds up our 32" LCD and stores bedsheets and table cloths. It's still ony a $149 dresser, but I give it 5 stars because it assembled correctly, looks nice and does what it was designed for.

In decorating our nursery, this time we opted for less expensive furniture. I spent hours reading reviews on all different pieces of furniture, and finally decided on this dresser. We have a small room, and I thought this would fit nicely, plus it goes well with the Graco Sarah crib and changing table we purchased online. I anticipated broken pieces or damage, but not only did it arrive early with site to store shipping, but my husband put it together very quickly, with no problems, and it looks beautiful. Exactly what I expected for the price, and I wish that we had gone with something like this for our last baby.

The dresser itself is absolutely lovely. It's very pretty and seems to be very durable. The only problem we had was putting it together. It was a pain. My husband and I worked on it for a couple hours, but decided to call a friend of ours who's a pro at assembling things. He put it together in about 45 minutes. So it might have just been us!

This product is very nice looking and also seems to be very sturdy. Our plans with this product is to use it as a changing table, although have not tried it yet due to baby won't be here til August. I did not pay attention to the sizes and it is smaller than I expected but will still work. Have a little difficulty with middle drawer sliding in and out but have not tried to fix it yet. Very nice color, matches well with other Storkcraft pieces. (rochester crib)

We ordered this and the five drawer dresser as well. They look gorgeous and very expensive. It took my husband a good while to put them together. For the most party they're sturdy. This dresser I'm having issues with the pieces not staying where they should be. May need some super glue so I can stop putting the pieces back. Overall, it's beautiful and I love the look of this with my cribs to match. Well worth it and you should get it! I think I will buy some for myself later on.
