I love this product! Aside from detangling, I've discovered that ticks cannot latch onto her legs or tail where I've sprayed. I've sprayed down the cuffs of my pants after discovering this! Great product, multiple uses!

I live by this stuff. There were years where show sheen was a comb/mane lifesaver. Amazing at helping detangle and de-burr manes and tails. Great as a weekly/semi-daily use product to keep coats/manes/tails clean and shiny. When I use regularly it really helps prevent mane and tail breakage as well and allows my horses to have luscious long locks. Definitely a show season must have - helps keep dirt off between classes or after baths, makes the coat extra healthy looking and really gives a nice shine

Started using this just as a show prep product. Then I found that I can use it as a daily product to help keep horses stain free. For show prep, spray damp clean legs well and let dry before putting horse in stall. Shavings & manure will then just brush off on show morning. The same with tails - shavings will just fall out with a few shakes and finger combing.

I have heard that they changed the formula from the original that I grew up with, but the smell is still nostalgic and it is, in my opinion, the best dirt/dust/stain repellent you can buy. I use it weekly to keep coats and tails detangled and dirt free. I love how its never 'tacky' feeling and dries on hair for a soft/full feel. For showing, I would still recommend healthy hair care products moisturizer for unbeatable shine. Showsheen is staple of everyday grooming for my barn.

I have walking horses with long thick wavy manes and would never get a brush through it if not for showsheen. Spray it down and the tangles just seem to fall out. Works great on their tails too. And then after an ititial detangle, if you just lightly spray every few days it keeps their mane beautiful and tangle free. It smells great too! I am so glad that i found this product years ago and i recommend it to everyone i know!
