Swanson Adrenal Essentials 60 Veggie Capsules

This was recommend to me by my natural path doctor. It works wonderful for me. When I am feeling overwhelmed or trapped I take two capsules. This calms me down so I am able to function better and complete the task at hand. Due to Swanson not being able to get this product for a while, I was out. I tried other things but they were not effective. So happy that I can purchase again.

This supplement contains a lot of exciting ingredients with the potential for energy and brain optimization, however it makes me annoyingly drowsy. It may be that I'm highly responsive to the small amount of chamomile in it — I'm not sure. I feel calm and mellow when I take it – maybe a little too much – but I see from other reviews that some people have the opposite reaction. Regardless, I recommend it for the science behind the ingredients and the quality of Swanson's products alone. You'll just have to see how your own body reacts to it. I plan to keep taking it though, as something in it seems to be causing AWESOMELY VIVID dreams, at least for me.

I still have not determined if this product is improving adrenal function or not. I have taken for 60 days and am going to cycle out of this supplement to assess. If the product is missed by my anecdotal comparison to feeling of energy then I will have a better assessment.

This will be my first review ever. I have tried a of couple name brands at a name brand health store. This product far exceeds the other products I have tried. I have started menopause and this cuts the edge and the Adrenal Support calms me. My husband is a truck driver and this supports his long hours and calms him too. Could very well save our marriage *LOL*
