I bought this less than a month ago, and I am VERY HAPPY I DID! Ever since I quit smoking 304 days ago on September 17, 2017, I have experienced severe stomach bloating. Most people don't realize the lies about stomach acid...antacids are a hoax, soda and other carbonated beverages are neutralizing the acid in people's stomachs...in order to properly digest protein and properly absorb a host of necessary nutrients, strong stomach acid is a must....it's the way we were created. This product does a great job of increasing stomach acid PH when needed.

My family considers me a health food nut, but several family members have taken my advice in using Betaine HCL with great results. I take Betaine HCL anytime my stomach feels bloated, especially after a large meal just before going to bed. What many consider to be an "acid" stomach causing heartburn and bloat is actually too little digestive enzymes and lack of digesting acids.
