Swanson Biocore Optimum Complete 90 Veggie Capsules

Didn't meet my expectation.

I do a lot of research and reading before I choose a supplement, and chose this one because it has the essential enzymes that are most often recommended for a healthy digestive process. I also wanted a supplement that did not include Magnesium Stearate, and this does not. Good price, plus I trust Swanson.

We used to be able to purchase a less expensive digestive enzyme from Swanson's and then for some reason it was no longer available to ship to Canada. So we switched to this more expensive digestive aid. It works. I think it also improves our sleep if we take it before bed, even though I don't quite understand why that would be. We take it with each set of supplements and before a major meal. It just works.

This supplement covers a wide range of enzymes at good levels. I take one capsule before each meal and believe it has helped in my digestion. I seem to have more results with this one than others i've tried. As one gets older this type of supplement is very useful in digestion.

Before I usedthis product it seems that I would get gassy after every meal. Using this product has completely resolved this problem and I wouldn't be without it.
