Swanson Elderberry Echinacea Goldenseal Complex 120 Capsules

My adult children and I take the Elderberry Echinacea Goldenseal Complex to boost our immune systems at the first sign of trouble. Time and again this product has helped us. My kids do not use other supplements, as they are young, healthy and hard headed. However, even they are sold on this immune booster and raid my stash whenever they run low.

I like the ingredients: Elderberry, Echinacea, and Goldenseal; I have used them for wellness over many, many years both individually and in this combination. I like the potencies and proportions that Swanson has included in this formula. I take several capsules, along with a number of other natural 'wellness' products I get from Swanson, on an as needed basis, as do other members of my family. Works for me.
