got this for cholesterol maintainence and blood health. i take one with breakfast on cold days and can tell the cayenne opens up the blood vessels and helps me feel warmer
I was taking all 3 of these separately so having them combined is a lot easier. I haven't had any issues with these bothering my stomach either. Very well priced also.
