Subtle affects. Not revolutionary or amazing but a help when added to CBN gummies for sleep. Able to sleep 7hours a night on average.

I take one in the morning and two at night and it's helping me mildly with stress and sleep, but what I most notice is that I'm far less reactive and able to keep a level head when in frustrating situations. Definitely helpful for being able to speak clearly without saying something I regret.

I was doing o.k. with the Gaba alone by adding Melatonin, HTP, etc., but when I gave this a try, I noticed a big difference in the length of time it took for me to wind down and go to sleep. The quality of my sleep is also better - deeper and less waking during the night without morning grogginess. The BOGO offered makes this affordable for me, especially if I can start eliminating other pills I take at night, which I hope to try.

It didn't work for me at all. It was a dramatic step down from L-Theanine alone. It was a 2 for 1 offer, so it would have been quite a value if it had been what I needed.
