helps and relieves digestive issues!
I have been taking this acidophilus product now for nearly 5 years. It is my must have supplement. I have difficulty eating milk products and it is a convenient and effective way to keep me regular!
I find that this probiotic does a good job with my digestion. It's not the best probiotic that I have tried, but I am still happy with the results. I like to purchase it when it's on sale, buy 1 get 1 free.
I am a big believer in probiotics and was so happy to find Swanson Triple Pact which includes ProLacto Acidophilus, Pro-biotic-4, and NutraFlora. These cover the full spectrum of probiotics, and NutraFlora feeds them. They have really helped my GI health. The price is fabulous, too.
I love this acidophilus, especially since you don't have to keep it in the fridge and that it works great for me! And when I forget to take it, I can tell the difference! Highly recommended!
