Swanson Shilajit Extract - Extra Strength 100 mg 30 Veggie Capsules

I really like how these make me feel. I don't get my afternoon slump like I used to. I feel that I have more energy throughout my day and no more brain fog. I just wish they came in a larger quantity bottle because I go through them so fast since I take 2-4 per day.

Perhaps the minerals present in this supplement are doing some good I am unaware of but they certainly don't provide any energy boost for me personally. The Swansons dosage is rather small and I didn't try taking more than two a day so perhaps more is required to see results. So many great supplements here that provide meaningful results so I won't be ordering this one again.

A wholistic practioner mentioned that Shilajit is the purest source of natural minerals. I take one capsule and the next day I can see my nails have grown a bit. The extra strength Shilajit (70% fulvic) I take daytime with food, if I take at night it's hard for me to stay asleep. With the regular strength I had no problem with sleep.

This is another Great Quality Supplement from Swanson. I also have to commend Swanson for their easy to "Open and Use" supplement bottles. Most people overlook this important feature in their reviews, but I really appreciate the safety and convenience of the foil seals Swanson uses. With many other brands, it's a royal pain struggling to remove those thick paper seals that leave behind an unsealable ring on the bottle top (which sheds bits of itself with use). Swanson's foil seals are easy to cut out and leave behind a nice clean foil ring that easily seals the bottle again when the top is put back on. I highly recommend this product.

I suggest to all who may be interested- look into this one. I was curious as to precisely what this substance "is," as there seem to be varying opinions out the among the masses. I can say, however, that the "muscle" in this supplement lies within the Fulvic Acid content. That being said, this is the only Shilajit I have tried in "stand-alone" form (other combinations contain it within the "proprietary blend," and thus could contain literally but a few micrograms). Having tried it now, being confident that it contains what is said on the label, I am a believer in this compound. Stamina, vitality, and vigor are what come to mind when thinking of adjectives for this one. Definitely not stimulating (i.e., caffeine-like), or anything of the nature; I consider this a positive attribute, as the strength within this lies somewhere within a more "true" form of energy. This can also be taken at bedtime (personally, anyway), and I awaken feeling ready for the day, having had absolutely no noticeable sleep disruption. Like most supplements in the realm of Ayurveda, this one works for me!
