I have been using this product for years and I'm fully satisfied with it. Highly recommended! \nAlthough there is a great demand for this product in Hungary (Europe), the local reseller never orders enough. My PMS was just as bad as ever and I had been taking this for two months in anticipation of possibly easing some of my severe PMS symptoms. couldn't tell it did anything.
