T3 Whirl Convertible Styling Wand - 1.25" ( Interchangeable Wand: 1.25"-0.75")

This wand is so beautiful! I love how it looks but more so I love the curl it gives my hair!!! I can create many styles with this barrel alone depending on the heat and time I leave my hair on the barrel. I highly recommend this wand!! I would highly recommend the set in all honesty just because it's more for your money but if you are only wanting this barrel then I'd say go for it! You won't regret it! :D

Out of all my T3 irons, this is my favorite one because it helps create a variety of curls that look natural and that last all night long! At first I thought the price was very high but if you want a variety of irons, you can buy other barrel which at the end is cheaper.

Overall, I would give the T3 Whirl Convertible Styling Wand a 4 because it's truly a great, high quality product but it wasn't right for the look I was trying to achieve on my angled lob. PACKAGING/AESTHETIC The packaging on this product is BEAUTIFUL. Definitely very luxurious and expensive looking. I loved that the instructions and a small pouch came inside a small envelope that I could keep in a drawer for reference. It also includes a glove to protect your hand against heat, which I loved! The wand itself is stunning with the white and rose gold accents. I will say that the rose gold appears more metallic in the online product photos than it does in real life. In person, it's a lot more matte. The product has a luxurious kind of weight to it and it's clearly well-made. Personally, I found the lock feature to be a little tricky and unintuitive. Make sure you really press the barrel into the handle and read the instructions! PERFORMANCE First, I loved how quickly the wand heated up and there was a clear signal when it was ready to use. It was relatively easy to use and more effective than other curling wands I've used from more affordable brands like Conair. I held the curl around the barrel for 7 seconds as opposed to my typical 15-20 seconds and the curls turned out even better! I was honestly super impressed with how the wand made my curls shiny, sleek, and bouncy. So I think it's definitely worth the higher price tag. This specific barrel gives a more round/vintagey curl effect. So if that's what you're looking for, then it's perfect! However, I personally aim for a more tousled/relaxed look with a flat iron for every day so that was my only qualm with this product. I will say that the curls held up very well although I brushed my hair multiple times in an effort to get the curls to fall out a bit! And they even held up nicely for a second day and a third day with dry shampoo! I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

Have been looking for this product all my curling life. I have thin and fine hair and this is the first thing to give me my desired tousled waves but they hold ALL day. Don't ask me how, some kind of miracle. I tell everybody I know about it and this harsh criticsa T3 believer for sure.

Love that these heat up so fast and have heat control. I switched from the Thyme iron which fried my hair. The barrel takes a bit of getting used to (e.g. burned fingers) but mostly my clumsy fault. The tapered barrel makes for really tight curls when I have time. When I'm rushing in the morning it can make for some really wonkey ones but fortunately when all the hair is down it all blends into pretty purposefully looking natural curls. I'm trying the 1 inch barrel next to see if that works better for my laziness and rush needs.
