"Bedford's Big Move" Bedford Buoy, one of Theodore's closest friends, puzzles everyone when he suddenly says he wants to leave The Big Harbor. Guysborough Makes a Friend Digby, a happy-go-lucky Cable Ship, gets it into his wheelhouse that he wants to meet Guysborough, the especially grumpy Garbage Barge.
