Tile RE-20004 Pro 2020 Item Tracker (4-Pack) - Black/White

Nice, but very expensive & bulky. On a few of my items the tile is worth more than the item. The “stickers” look small & flat, but they are not. I was so surprised when I received them. The key chain tile is the thinnest. So definitely look at dimensions before ordering, because it is an expensive mistake

Tile has changed my life! Losing my keys was so stressful, frequent, but the Tile has really been a great purchase. So overall, very happy. My first Tile box (4 Tiles), were given to me 2 or 3 years ago; I was very happy until the built-in batteries wore out. They continued to work, even though messages from Tile told me that they needed replacing. Then, I updated the Tile app, and they just stopped working, which REALLY annoyed me because I assumed it was done on purpose to make me buy replacements. As a result, I stubbornly refused to buy any more- I thought that because they were working before the update, that it was very mean of Tile. Eventually, I bit the bullet and bought 4 more tiles - this time, with replaceable batteries. They didn't work as well as my previous ones , but this was only because my iPhone 5s was only just supported by tile. I needed to get a new phone. I bought a new SE2020

Overall the product is good and works well however there is one change that they could make that would make this product better, that is allow to allow the find my phone feature work with the app closed either by making your phone open the app when you double touch the button or a force keep app open in the tile app settings. Would be a great addition in my opinion.

So happy to replace my old tile with the pro. I wish I was able to order the white as a single item option to replace like for like, but the black does look schnazzy on my keys. I'm even more excited to reduce waste by being able to just replace the battery in the future as opposed to the entire unit. Well done tile!

We like the replaceable battery the range is great too. We had for but needed a few more. They All work flawlessly, the old and new ones. But I think the Key to us liking them so much comes because of the Tile app. Its had updates and the rangefinder (like radar) is fantastic. We found keys in a field of fairly tall grass once. They really work very well. And the app makes it easier than ever to add tiles. And to find what ever you attach a tile on , a purse , wallet , or a Harley. Lol
