It is good quality however i hate this thing. It constantly needs cleaned or needs more soap or needs to be emptied. It smells disgusting after a while which i was worried about. Honestly after all the cleaning you have to do to the machine itself it would have been easier to just use a broom and mop.

This is an excellent tile cleaner. It leaves minimal water behind, so the floors dry quickly. It's easy to use (light-weight and maneuverable) and store on its charging base (very small footprint). If you have pets and don't pre-sweep the floor, you'll find that the unit signals for more frequent clean-outs. If you have a large area to clean, you need to expect to stop and refill the clean h2o and empty the dirty h2o chambers BUT that said it is much more convenient that the archaic mop and bucket method.

I received this product for Christmas and am really liking the way it is so easy to vacuum and mop at the same time. It works great in my bathrooms and kitchen. My husband set up an outlet for me to store this in my kitchen pantry so it's easy access. I've heard stories of a horrible odor if not properly taken care of, but I have not had that happen yet. Go get yourself one!!

The only thing I wish that we were able to do is use a cleaner that is a disinfectant only allowed to use their brand of cleaner also would be nice if it was able to use hot water otherwise it's magnificent has made cleaning up messes so nice and helps. Keep the floors clean..

What they don't tell you about this mop is that after every time you use it (even if its just a small spot on the floor), you have to run the clean cycle AND THEN disassemble and wash it by hand; otherwise, it goes sour and stinky. Oh, and you'd better have enough soap in the top bin and room in the bottom bin for that wash cycle. On top of that, there's no way to run it as just a vacuum. It's wet mopping (plus washing the washer) or nothing. I'm considering if a quick sweep and swiffer isn't easier.
