Make sure you actually have 5G before you buy this phone. The A13 is better if you don't normally have 5G, which I wish that I had bought. I have used 5G a couple of times when we visited the city and it was fast.. But 99% of the time we do not have it.. it is a bit faster than my old phone, but that might be due to the 64gb of ram.

Bought this phone for my daughters first phone. Didnt want anything to fancy. Phone doesnt come with a sim card, when you contact wirlessly they wanna say its not supposed too. While the box itself it comes in even states simcard installed... they told me to contact verizon. I should not have to contact anyone. considering i bought the phone from walmart. not pleased %26 have a few days to try to rush to make this phone work for christmas!!!!!

I was really impressed with the over all look of the phone. This was a replacement phone for my son & he watches a lot of videos so the screen size was a huge plus. Crystal clear picture & great speaker volume as well. Awesome price deal as well. Customer service was great as well while setting up the new phone!

Total by Verizon is a rip off. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to Total by Verizon. You would do better just going to Verizon Prepaid. You will actually get to speak with someone face to face if you have phone or service issues.

I really thought this phone was just right for my use, but then I ended up dropping it in the sump pump in my basement while sheltering from a bad storm. So I now have a Galaxy A14 5G phone and it is even better than the one in the sump pump! Still learning about all of the features, but it suits me just fine.
