When I first got the headset everything worked fine. I had it connected to the xbox and it grayed out all audio adjustment from the xbox since you only do this through the headphones. All the bars turn grey and you cant select any of them but there is a diel for both volume and audio mixture. turned it on today to both audio nobs adjust chat mixer and headphone blasting and max volume with no way to turn it down since the volume is now controling the char mixer to. had it for maybe a month.

I have no dislikes for these headphones other than the packaging not being done well. The way it was packaged, you could easily open and see what was inside. These headphones have a super sensitive mic, and you can control the bass, too. The best thing is that they are wireless and have a 24-hour battery. For $90, that's not bad at all. If you're looking to upgrade from rhe $40 recon X70 headphones, I'd highly recommend these. Especially if you're not ready to go the $200 and up headphones route just yer for absolute sound superiority.

My 13 year old son is so hard on his stuff. These are his third pair of headphones for his Xbox but his first pair of wireless. It seems like the cost of his gaming stuff keeps going up so before I invested into a more costly option I wanted to start with these. I am grateful for the three year insurance option. I normally shop at GameStop but the lasts few replacement items outlived their two year warranty. My kid seems to like them and that makes me a happy mom.

I would give these five stars and a heartbeat but the problem is you cannot use or there is no way to use a 3.5 headset Jack on these headsets. I'm sorry to say if you were looking to use them for other things other than gaming then there is no way. I even tried to hook them into my phone meaning I have a c charger that converts into a 3.5 and it does not work. I also tried to hook in the wireless tablet that it gives you into my seaport into my phone and yet it still does not give me anything. if you're looking for something more than just headset for gaming I would suggest you go to steelseries Arctic seven or eights. but if you're just looking for headsets that will do the job and kick butt and also have a great digital surround sound than these are the headsets for you for the price of under $100.
