Morning meal replacement for weight loss. The great things are the high levels of vitamins, minerals and all nutrients that allow me to use as a meal replacement. The thing I dont like is the mocha flavor, especially compared to the French vanilla flavor that I had last time.

I love this protein powder! I have tried 3 vega protein powders and have not been disappointed with any of them! The chocolate vega one is my favorite so far, but the vanilla vega one is a close contender. The almond coconut vega greens was also good but I find i get more use with the chocolate and vanilla because I add them to other recipes and not just as a protein shake. This is one of the few protein powders that I have come across that doesn't upset my GI. I will definitely continue to use vega!

The Vega One chocolate flavor is a big winner with everyone, my 2nd favorite flavors are chai vanilla and coconut almond. It mixes very well in a shaker bottle. It is especially great with OAT-Ly oat milk, most of the vitamins are stripped out of almond milk and oat milk taste better in my opinion. Ask anyone if they get there 6 servings of fruits and vegetables every day and chances they do not. There is a whole lot more nutrition than the best fruits and vegetables in Vega One, just read the ingredients for yourself. It has low carbs and just one gram of sugar.

Making the switch to a largely plant based diet ha been way easier than I thought. With products like this, it's a no brainer. Multi-sourced protein for complete aminos, greens, zero filler, and the option for zero stevia. Yes yes yes! What a tremendous.

As with all Vega products, I am very satisfied with the products they produce ... however, stevia, and it's lingering aftertaste, has always been a bit of a contentious issue for me, in regards to so many of the Vegan powders on the market. (I can sweeten, with real fruit, any shake as I see fit ... I do not need pre-sweetening in order to make a shake palatable.) Now with the Vega natural, with NO STEVIA, I am able to get that nice balance of neutral taste, without an after taste ... when I add a banana, or other fruit, I have all the natural sweet flavour I need, and want. Thanks for this newer version of Vega shake!
