Verilux HappyLight Lumi - Wall Mountable UV-Free LED Therapy Lamp, Bright White Light with 10,000 Lux

For size, light, timer, appearance: 5 stars. The power button, however: 3 stars or less. It’s very difficult to turn on. Some days, it’s on with one touch as expected; other days, it requires several tries. I probably should have returned it for exchange, but with the end of DST, it would be like returning a cast from a broken leg.

I love this light . After much research I found this brand reliable . I love the fact you have three levels of brightness and you are able to set your time ! The three levels of brightness is the key ! The reason I gave it a four is where you insert the cord it is not as convenient or at ease but nothing difficult just a design thought. However, this is way to good of a light not to have . I use it to help reset my sleep pattern . I would recommend this . Living in Oh helps with the lack of sunshine when you need it to start your day

Works perfectly as advertised. I have to use it in small doses because I am sensitive to light and it gives me a headache after days of consistent use. But it is great for the times I need to wake up before sunup or those dreary winter days. I have brought it to the office before when working in a windowless room.

My HappyLight Lumi helps me to get up in the morning and feel energized throughout the day. I do 4-7-8 breathing and yoga in front of my light every morning. I loved the effects of the light so much that I purchased full spectrum light bulbs (also from verilux) to put in my ceiling lights. I also purchased a second Lumi for my friend! (My friend also loves her light. Her cat loves it even more and often sits in front of the lamp!)

Living in San Francisco makes my boyfriend and I both incredibly susceptible to SAD, but we've both noticed a huge improvement since we bought our happy light.
